What is Root Cause Therapy?

Have you ever wondered why you repeat the same patterns of behaviours and emotions, even though you know they are

not serving you?

The answer could lie in your subconscious memories...

Root-Cause Therapy is a trauma healing method that uses regression to allow the healing of unprocessed emotions which are still currently causing unwanted thoughts, behaviours and symptoms in our daily lives.

"BUT I HAVEN'T HAD ANY SIGNIFICANT TRAUMAS IN MY LIFE!"

This is where we need to understand the difference between

"Big T Traumas" and "Little T Traumas".

Basically, any event in our past which had a significant emotional impact at the time can leave us with "trauma".

It is the emotions which are still attached to the events which cause the formation of:

- Limiting Beliefs,

- Negative Patterns of Behaviour

- Ongoing Emotional Triggers, and so on.

It is also important to note that will-power, re-framing, using positive affirmations, etc will not heal trauma.

This is because trauma lives in your body, causing your nervous system to be on constant "high alert" to anything which could be a threat. (It doesn't even need to be a real threat - in fact, the majority of the time the threat is imagined as a result of our own experiences, self-talk and beliefs)

So what is the solution?

Release the trapped emotions by accessing the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is the driver of approximately 95% of our behaviours, and is so powerful, that it will generally override all conscious efforts to change.
